Netflix

Dan and I decided to get netflix. We tend to buy movies that we want to see, but dont have any idea how good they are, so we are trying Netflix. That way we can watch the movies, then buy them if we like them. I am excited. I just spent an hour picking out movies, and rating the ones we have already seen, so they can get a better match. I will be sure to tell you how it is.

We are still trying to empty the house. My cousins stuff was everywhere. Once its all moved out, we will do a mega cleaning. It was so gross in there. Once our cleaning is done, we can finally starting unloading all of our stuff. So much work. I dont ever want to move again.

Problems at work

I am really starting to hate going into work now. We have this new boy with severe A.D.D. and he is very hard to control. He will not listen to a word I say and even resorted to barging and threatening me so he could do something. Needless to say, I turned it around on him and he never did what he promised. Work does not help the situation. They let him do what he wants even though all the rest of the children have to do it. ex: he didnt bring a coat so we got one for him to borrow and he didnt want to, so instead of missing recess, he got to play without a coat. Meanwhile all the rest of the kids wanted to take their coats off. Then he wanted to have lunch and wanted to go into the lunch room and eat without a teacher there to look after him. I had to tell him to stay with me til a teacher came because I had to watch 11 others and I could not stay with him. He threw a fit, and I had to hold him in my arms. No other teachers were offering help. Its hard to hold one kid while trying to keep 11 others in line. I think I will talk to my boss and tell her that I am uncomfortable working with this boy. I get nervous every time I have to be in class with him.

Moving Day

My weekend had its ups and downs. We moved Dan in on Saturday and when we got there, the house was a mess. No of my cousins stuff was moved out except for in the master bedroom. So I called my mom and she called my aunt to tell the boys to get packing. So when we came back from doing a second load, they were busy packing things up, but now they are pissed off. OH WELL. We gave them 2 extra months, then a weeks advanced notice and none of their stuff was gone. Dan and I couldn't set anything up and that was the part I was looking forward to the most. My cousins said they would be moved out by Wednesday, so I hope next weekend we can start putting our stuff away. It was nice though to help Dan move and be there for him. Plus we have a house of our own!

Couples Counseling

Yester-night, Dan and I went to couples counseling at the church. (we have to do it in order to be married there). Pastor wanted to go over our couples test to see how compatible we are. We did really well on the family aspect. We both agreed family was important and had a lot of influence in our lives. We sucked on hobbies. We both put how we like to be with each other, and sometimes hang out with other people. Pastor did not like that. He said that if we are too close it will ruin our relationship. He said that we both need to hang out with friends and couples more. I disagree. I only get to see Dan 2-3 times a week and i dont want to waste it. We totally failed the expections part of it. I really didnt get it but it was okay to fail. Next time, I know we will be talking about spiritual, and its not going to go well. i never say the right things and Pastor never asks Dan questions because Dan knows it all. So pick on me, great. Moving Dan in tomorrow. So excited!!! We have so much to do. Still waiting on a couple more RSVPs, if all else falls I can call, or make Dan do it :)

Hello all,
I am starting this blog because my future sister told me too. Plus I like to vent! Starting to get worried about my wedding. We are moving Dan into the house this weekend and its so confusing. Right now my cousin lives there and is not leaving until the house he is going to live in is squared away. He has no idea when that is. I dont know if he plans on living with Dan or if he is going to get an apartment. I would really like for him to be out so we can set up our living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, ect. Kind of making me upset. Oh well. Not going to be mean about it and we will see what happens.
